5 Flavored Candy Canes for the Adventurous

Happy Holidays! Why is it that every year I buy candy canes from the store, I end up with a ton of candy canes left over that normally tuck into the pantry for next year? I couldn’t figure it out, but now I know. People are sick of the same old flavors when it comes to candy canes. People want unique and amazing flavored candy canes. And guess what? There are some awesome ones out there. Would I try each of these? Have I tried each of these? Read on to find out!

Flavored Candy CanesDILL PICKLE

First up we have Dill Pickle flavored candy canes. I’m willing to bet that anyone who likes pickles in general would try these. If you don’t like pickles they may not be your thing, but pickles lovers everywhere will rejoice when you gift them a pack of these. Have I tried these? No, but I totally would!

Flavored Candy CanesSHITAKE MUSHROOM

Second up is my favorite of the bunch. I am a huge mushroom fan, and I love when things are flavored with mushrooms. Also can we note how cute the mushroom mascot looks on the packaging of this? (perhaps he’s had a few too many mushrooms?) I’m thinking your mushroom-loving special someone would adore a box of these. Again, I haven’t tried, but I totally would!

OREO

Our third choice is perhaps the least controversial flavor. After all, unless someone is against cookies, chances are they love Oreos. And Oreo flavored candy canes are bound to be a hit with just about everyone. Enjoy that delicious Oreo flavor with the fun of a candy cane. Also it takes way longer to eat a candy cane than an Oreo cookies, so there is a longer time of enjoyment.

Flavored Candy CanesMAC & CHEESE

Fourth on the list are Mac & Cheese candy canes! These are the ones I would most want to try, simply out of curiosity. Like do they really taste like mac & cheese? Like really? Are they sweet? Or savory? I’m voting that if you are looking for something truly unique and sure to start the best conversation, this is the gift you want to go with.

KETCHUP

And finally on the round up is the ketchup flavored candy canes. Okay, of the list, this is the one I would have the hardest time trying, but that’s because I’m a little on the fence when it comes to ketchup. Sometimes it tastes amazing. Sometimes it tastes like sugar. But you know what? A ton of people out there love ketchup, and they most certainly would love ketchup candy canes!
