In Austin where we live, it’s almost time for one of my favorite times of the year, the Texas Book Festival. It’ll be virtual this year, meaning that anyone can attend and they don’t even have to be in Texas. In my opinion, there’s nothing like a good book. And being comfy and reading go hand in hand. If you’ve got a reader on your gift list who could use some comfort, give them a pair of these book socks and a copy of their favorite book.

There’s nothing worse than trying to read when the people around you are talking. But you can keep them quiet while your feet stay warm and cozy. Just point to your socks.
The library is where my love of reading began, and while membership is digital now, I have a soft spot in my heart for those old library cards. As a kid, I’d get such a thrill about seeing my name on the card and would sometimes revisit a book just so I could see who had read it after me. It felt like we were a community. That’s why I love these socks. They make my heart all warm and fuzzy. The readers you know will feel the same way.
Author Mark Twain was, of course, a big fan of reading, and these colorful socks let you keep his words close while you’re devouring your favorite book. They’re decorated with his quote, “Good friends, good books, and a sleepy conscience, this is the ideal life.” Yes, it is.
Book club day is a good day, but with these socks, you can make book club day any day. Just make sure you’ve got the wine handy too.
These adorable socks bring together two favorites: books and kittens! Actually, a cat reading a book, plus the command, “Go away! I’m reading!” Great advice.
Here’s another fun pair of socks with a quote from an author, this time from Ernest Hemingway. Hemingway said, “There is no friend as loyal as a book,” and we agree, especially when the book is paired with comfy socks.
What better way to stop people from disturbing you when you’re reading than propping up your socks that say, “Do not disturb. I’m reading?” These are a must for anyone who doesn’t want to stop turning pages.
Sometimes you have to be more forceful while protecting your reading time and these socks do the trick. Note that the socks are more explicit than we are in our title.
If any of your loved ones swoon over Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice, they’ll love reading with these sock on their feet. They feature the author’s fun quote: “I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading.” We couldn’t agree more.
These fun socks celebrate classic books like The Great Gatsby and The Handmaid’s Tale on one foot and blacked out titles on the other. Keep reading so more books don’t go out of print.
Remember how Harry’s house elf friend Dobby was set free? These fun socks commemorates the moment. If you’ve got a house elf, give them this pair so they can be free too.
